Complaints Procedure

The Committee for Ministry (CfM) which delivers the modules on this site welcomes and encourages feedback on its learning programmes. Complaints are seen as part of the processes used to ensure that high standards and quality are maintained. This document details CfM's policy and procedures for handling complaints (and the form is available separately as an editable Word document). Effective resolution of issues is often best achieved informally and at the earliest possible stage; our policy aims to encourage that. The mechanisms and procedures detailed here must be exhausted before a complaint may go to the Review Stage of the University's Student Complaints Procedure.
